In 2023, the UK Guide Dogs charity reported that an alarming 81% of guide dog owners have faced illegal refusals of entry into businesses and services, prompting the charity to launch the ‘Open Doors’ campaign.
This initiative includes a free app that enables guide dog owners to report these access refusals promptly. You can download the app for Apple devices or the app for Google smartphones now.
