In a recent episode of the September six show, Steven and Sean discussed the topic of getting fit. Now, Naina shares her favorite four YouTube channels for fitness enthusiasts. The first two channels cater specifically to the blind community and offer outstanding content. Eyes Free Fitness, created by Mel Scott, provides various exercise programs including balance, cardio, yoga, pelamis, and strength training. The Northwest Association of Blind Athletes uploads new content every month, featuring programs like yoga, aerobics, dance, and more, making it a great resource for those interested in mainstream aerobics. For those who prefer mainstream fitness channels, Naina recommends Walk at Home, previously known as In-Home Walking, created by Leslie Sansone. Known for catering to larger individuals who may feel self-conscious at the gym, the channel offers well-described workouts. While some new leaders may not describe exercises as well as Leslie did, it's still a worthwhile channel. Additionally, they offer a subscription option called Walking Home. Finally, Naina suggests Senior Fitness with Meredith, a channel designed for older individuals but suitable for everyone. Meredith provides detailed descriptions and offers workouts for cardio, chair exercises, standing balance, strength training, and specific issues like sciatica and osteoporosis. Naina has created a playlist featuring samples from each of these channels for easy access.
