Learning Braille Using ‘Annie’
Humanware are bringing a new braille learning tool to the UK and beyond.
It’s a device called Annie, and comes from Indian company Thinkerbell Labs. The device promises to make it possible for blind and low vision children to learn braille remotely, without the need for a teacher to be present. However the device also supports in-person teaching.
Andrew Flatres is from Humanware in the UK and told Double Tap how children can use Annie to learn.
